Rare 19th-century triple fusee bracket clock and pedestal set, signed Ollivant & Botsford, dated Nov 1861; excellent, working condition. Ollivant & Botsford was a respected Manchester, England-based maker of high-quality watches and clocks from the mid-19th century. From a clock-making family, Thomas Ollivant went into business with a neighboring clock-maker, John Botsford, around 1855. Ollivant died in 1868, and Botsford in 1881, but their treasures live on.
